only recommend contracting companies whose attitudes quality
workmanship, site performance and client care are in line with the same
high standards as their own.
We insist on competitive pricing,
proficient site practice and effective contract management from all our
approved contractors. Your Garland Regional Technical Manager will
monitor the performance of the contractor over the course of the
project and ensure that all work is carried out in line with the
specification, to codes of practice and to timescales
provided.
Completion Checks
On completion of the project, your
Garland Regional Technical Manager will inspect the roof with you and
examine all the details to ensure that the project has been carried out
to your satisfaction and meets the strict criteria of Garland’s subsequent guarantee.
