Our manufacturing operatives include many long-time employees who are able to discern variations in batch consistency even before QC has run its checks.
Garland's roof membrane equipment and many of our mixing and coating systems are proprietary designs developed expressly for the super-high polymer content of our multi-ply roofing systems. Our manufacturing processes are simple but effective. Every batch "recipe" issued by the production control office includes specifications for required quality tests. Once the batch has been mixed, a sample is tested for performance.
