Torch Applied Membranes
StressPly Flex- 4mm mineral surfaced SBS Cap sheet available in Green, Brown and Grey Mineral surfacing
StressPly Flex Plus - 5mm mineral surfaced SBS Cap sheet available in Green Brown and Grey mineral surfacing
StressPly Flex SG - 4mm mineral surfaced APP Cap sheet available in Green Brown and Grey Mineral
StressPly Flex Plus SG - 5mm mineral surfaced APP Cap sheet, available in Green, Brown and Grey mineral
Monoply- 4mm APAO smooth surfaced Cap sheet, available as a single layer, can be mechanically fastened at the laps, cold applied in Garland Membrane adhesive or Torch applied.
Torch Applied Underlays
Torch flex base sheet - 3 and 4 mm sanded underlay SBS modified polyester reinforced.
Torch Flex base Sheet SG - 3 and 4 mm sanded underlay APP Modified polyester reinforced
Torch Flex Ultra Vent - 3mm SBS modified Polyester reinforced vented underlay with low melting point adhesive stripes
Torch Flex Ultra Bond - 3mm SBS Polyester reinforced with 70 micron foil inlay , to create a complete Vapour Barrier. This membrane has low melting point adhesive stripes which allows the insulation boards to be bonded without the use of fasteners or cold applied adhesives.

Cold Applied Liquid Coatings
We realise that not all buildings and situations allow us to use hot applied or multi layer systems. Garlands range of liquid applied coatings offer seamless solutions to the most varied substrates, including the restoration of aging single ply membranes through to encapsulating Asbestos panels. The use of cutting edge urethane technology and Kevlar reinforced rubberised liquid coatings, allows us to solve the most complex problems whilst still being able to offer long-term warranties.
Maintenance Products
When maintenance is neglected, the financial consequences can be significant. At Garland we encourage our customers to implement a pro-active rather than re-active approach to their roofing.
