Product Discription

Dura-Walk® FC 240 Base Coat is a fast curing two-part polyurethane coating developed as a waterproof embedment coat for broadcast aggregate balcony systems.

Dura-Walk® FC 240 Top Coat is a light stable, aliphatic, moisture triggered polyurethane sealer that provides a tough, hard finish coat for broadcast aggregate walkway or balcony systems.

  • Fast Curing

- The complete system should be cured and will allow light foot traffic within 240 minutes. Normal traffic in 24 hours.
  • 100% Solids

- The Dura-Walk FC 240 Base Coat is 100% solids, which means no shrinkage and low VOC.
  • Non-Slip

- With the broadcast aggregate the surface becomes non-slip

Uses

Dura-Walk FC 240 Base Coat

The material has been developed to provide a waterproof embedment coat for the bonding aggregate to pre-primed concrete, steel or asphalt decks for surface protection and wear resistance.

Dura-Walk FC 240 Top Coat

The material has been developed to provide a tough, hard finish coat for our Dura-Walk FC 240 Base Coat.
